Subscription & Cancellation Policy. XactOS is a month-to-month subscription service. You may cancel your account at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: Due to the nature of software-as-a-service and the immediate allocation of resources and snapshots, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service. All sales are final once the billing cycle has processed.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated and manual text messages from XactOS. These may include account notifications, support responses, and marketing automation tips.

• Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. A final confirmation message may be sent.
